Das institut für finanzdienstleistungen e.V. (iff) arbeitet an der Schnittstelle von Wissenschaft und Praxis. Als gemeinnütziges Forschungsinstitut verbindet es unabhängige Analyse mit anwendungsorientierter Arbeit und bringt unterschiedliche Perspektiven aus Forschung, Beratung und Praxis zusammen.
Dazu gehören Studien und fachliche Beratung ebenso wie Fortbildungen, Austauschformate und die Schuldnerberatungssoftware CAWIN. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Finanzthemen, die für Verbraucher:innen und besonders für Menschen in schwierigen Lebenslagen direkte Auswirkungen haben.
